Added: Auto configure "Autorun when Windows startup" when WinDeskAngel run firstly;

Bugfixed: When WinDeskAngel exit, the Kernel Module Of WinDeskAngel (WinDeskAngelKernel.dll) may not exit immediately; (The problem will make the Kernel Module file cannot be updated when WinDeskAngel exited soon after.)
